We Keep It Simple Because it should be Simple
This is a simple site. You browse, you read, you leave — or you reach out. There's no account to create, no login, no comment section, and nothing to buy.
Here's exactly what we collect and why.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — things like which pages get traffic, where visitors come from, and how long they stay.
This data is aggregated and anonymous. We're looking at patterns, not people.
Both services have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle data:
When You Contact Us
If you reach out to us directly — by email or any contact method listed on this site — we'll have your contact details. We use that information only to respond to you and, if we start working together, to manage that relationship.
We keep contact information for no longer than six months from the date of last contact. After that, it's gone.
We don't sell it. We don't share it. We don't add you to any list without asking.
The Newsletter
We publish a newsletter called Bullseye Bingo. If you subscribe, we use your email address for one purpose: to send you the newsletter.
That's it.
We host the newsletter platform ourselves, which means your email address never goes to a third-party service (like Mailchimp or Substack). It lives on our system and nowhere else.
You can unsubscribe at any time. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
If you do unsubscribe, your email address is immediately removed from our system. We don't archive it, we don't hold it "just in case," and we don't move it anywhere else first.
Cookies
Cloudflare and Google Analytics use cookies to do their jobs. If you've set your browser to block or limit cookies, that's fine — the site works either way.
